First assess the situation - EG. If there is a fire call the fire brigade on "000". If someone has broken into the house call the Police on 131444. If it is a life threatening situation call 000.

If there is another emergency you can call the SR office on 08 70702560 and a SR team member will determine the appropriate action required. For the majority of urgent issues you should still be lodging them via SR 24/7, if the issue is urgent it will be noted accordingly in SR 24/7 and prioritised by the SR team member. Only the most pressing matters (ie, building is in serious danger of significant damage etc) should be phoned through to the office.
